"Found on ground" wood that was destined to burn. The red interior of the bowl leads me to believe it is Box Elder. I could not resist the irregular features in this piece and the colour was a bonus. Two sides are netural live edge, two sides saw cut with some cracking BUT the piece is sanded to a silky smoth finish then coated in wax. Added feature a tea light that changes colour shing through the bottom. Odd shaped 5 1/2" at one end 4 3/8" the opposite 7" x 5" & 3" deep.
